Is there really a free trial — and do I need a credit card?
Yes, and no. You start on a free trial with no card required. When it ends, Self-serve is a flat $19 a month for one site, and the Agency plan is quoted to your client roster. There’s no auto-charge surprise, because there’s no card on file to charge.
What counts as “one site,” and what’s the 500-page limit?
One site is one domain — everything under yourname.com. We crawl up to 500 pages of it every week. Most small-business and local sites sit well under that; larger sites and multi-client setups are handled on the Agency plan.
Do you charge per report, per credit, or per keyword?
No. One flat price covers the weekly audit, unlimited on-demand rechecks, and the full fix list. There are no credits to run out of mid-month — the metering that defines this category is exactly what we refuse to copy.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Both plans are month-to-month, with no contract and no cancellation fee. You add a read-only viewer to your Google data to start, and you revoke it in one click when you leave — we keep nothing you don’t want kept.
